Store Managers

You must possess energy, enthusiasm and commitment. You will be responsible for managing, training and motivating your team to develop and expand the business and generate even further success. A strong level of commercial awareness is essential and you must have a flair for visual merchandising and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service.

Must have a strong personality and possess good leadership skills, you will be required to assist your manager with driving the business forward, inspiring your team and delivering excellent customer service. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm and commerciality.

You will be responsible for assisting in delivery sales, managing, developing, and motivating your team. You must ensure our customer needs are fulfilled and constantly strive to exceed branch targets. You will be expected to support your manager in all aspects of the business.

Visual Merchandiser


Sales Associates

You will be friendly, well presented, enjoy working as a team and have a passion for fashion. Our Sales Assistants are responsible for day to day sales and customer service, working closely within their teams and with the Management team to achieve French Connection's goals.


Stock Supervisors & Associates

The Stockroom Controller will be required to organise and assist in all areas of stock control to include the following:

- Stock preparation
- Liaising with our warehouse
- Store replenishment
- Organising of stock areas
- Staff training

Administration experience and computer literacy are essential.
