You must possess energy, enthusiasm and commitment. You will be responsible for
managing, training and motivating your team to develop and expand the business and
generate even further success. A strong level of commercial awareness is essential
and you must have a flair for visual merchandising and understand the importance
of delivering excellent customer service.
