Returns & Exchanges

We hope you have enjoyed your experience on our Site. If, however, a return or exchange is need, please send your unused items within 21 days of the date upon which we sent your purchase to you from our warehouse via UPS and upon which you were billed by us (the "Processing Date") to:

All items being exchanged or refunded MUST have their original tags attached and MUST be accompanied by an original receipt.

Customer must provide all information sent with their order if they wish to make a refund or exchange in store . The documentation required is the register receipt and online order invoice.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). We do not allow refunds or exchanges on bathing suits due to hygienic reasons.

For Promotional sales. Only store Credit is available. If you wish to exchange you may only do so in store.

Please note that we are NOT responsible for return shipping. When goods are returned, please retain proof of shipping from your shipper.

During online promotions. Only one promotion code is applicable at one time and a 1 time in store exchange is available for the product(s). If you wish to ship back your promotional item we can only offer you a gift card for the purchased amount

We do not do refunds for items on promotion.

You can apply for a price adjustment once per item bought at full price if the item is reduced to sale price within 21 days of the Processing Date. To claim back the difference between the full price you paid and the sale price, please email us at:

The price adjustment offer is only provided on full price orders. We will not authorise price adjustments for purchases made on sale items.

A one time exchange is allowed for all online purchases. Once an item has been exchanged, it is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for refund or exchange. Please note that we are NOT responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
