All items being exchanged or refunded MUST have their original tags attached and MUST be accompanied by an original receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not effected).
Please note that we are NOT responsible for return shipping. When goods are returned, please retain proof of shipping from your shipper, without this, French Connection Canada cannot be responsible for any goods that fail to reach us.
A one time price adjustment will be allowed from regular price to a sale price within 14 days of the processing date. Price adjustments from sale to sale are not authorized.
